Have internet access
Do not need to live in the same home (or state) as the person with dementia or Alzheimer’s, but the person with dementia or Alzheimer’s cannot live in any type of facility.
About the Study:
Eligible participants will be asked to complete an initial online questionnaire that’s divided into two sections: one before viewing an online resource aimed at caregivers of people with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, and one after viewing the resource. Participants will then be asked to complete additional online questionnaires two weeks, two months, and six months after they have completed the initial questionnaire. Interested, eligible participants will be provided with a $40 gift card after the initial questionnaire, $60 after the two month questionnaire, and $40 each after the two- and six-month questionnaires.
The goal of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a web-based caregiver tool on firearm safety decision making.
