About the Study:

Tufts University Researchers created an online survey that explores the prevalence and impact of racial dynamics in clinical trials. The survey is anonymous and is designed to take 25 minutes to complete. Survey takers will be compensated $25 for successfully completing the survey.

Purpose:

The purpose of the study is to measure the prevalence of different types of racial dynamics patients, particularly patients of color, experience in clinical trials and quantify the impact that these dynamics have on the patient experience, which includes patient satisfaction, patient trust towards their healthcare providers, and willingness to participate in future clinical trials.

What is Involved:

Participants will first be sent a 2-minute screener that will determine their eligibility. After reviewing the responses, the research team will email eligible participants the 25-minute online survey. Once the survey has been successfully completed (i.e. pass attention checks and all questions have been answered), respondents will be sent an online e-gift card to their email (usually 5-10 business days after completing the survey).
