What is Involved:

CarePRO-LTC consists of skill-focused and support meetings that occur over approximately 5 weeks through 5 weekly group sessions held via Zoom, lasting 2.5 hours each intermingled with 5 weekly individual telephone coach sessions lasting approximately 30 minutes each. The program’s small interactive groups (up to 10 people) are held over Zoom.
