The EXERT Study is testing whether exercise (aerobic training or stretching/balance/range of motion exercise), can slow down memory loss or improve memory and thinking skills and other measures of brain health in people with mild memory loss and are at high risk for developing Alzheimer’s disease.
The EXERT Study is designed for people who do not currently exercise on a regular basis.
